We are always looking for qualified candidates to join the team, and our requirements ensure above-average competency and background experience. Below are minimal qualifications and processes by role.

Item developers

Considered when they have 5 years of demonstrated success in the industry and/or recommendations from trusted colleagues, in addition to at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant content area. All potential consultants must submit a sample item set that is reviewed by a senior content area expert. New item developers are mentored by a senior content area expert during a trial period of not less than 3 months.

Passage developers

Considered upon review of a portfolio of work. Preference given to those with assessment-specific experience and familiarity with relevant academic standards.

Copy editors/proofreaders

Considered upon successful completion of a screener, with preference given to candidates with assessment-specific experience.
