Some people call it flyover country, but we think of ourselves as the North Coast, a vibrant city on the banks of the Mississippi. Minneapolis-St. Paul is the 14th-largest metropolitan area in the United States, boasts a hot tech market, and has a workforce that is among the most educated in the United States. And where else does a frozen lake come to life with a kite festival in January?

Why does this matter to you? Our location is emblematic of our values: we are honest, optimistic, forward-thinking, and approachable. And hardy. Don’t forget hardy.

Minneapolis is in the middle of it all—less than a 3-hour flight from anywhere in the lower 48.

Our Geographic reach

While the Twin Cities metro region is our primary location, the True North team is distributed across the United States. Other states that our team members call home include Maine, New Hampshire, Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, Texas, Colorado, California, and Oregon, among others.
